While patrolling the neighborhood, Officer Chris Rogers of the Boise, ID, Police Department finds a 5-year-old boy lying in the middle of traffic. After saving the boy from serious danger, Rogers discovers the boy was lost and reunites him with his worried family. Also featured is Officer Evan Rosenthal of the Las Vegas, NV, Metropolitan Police Department, who has a run-in with an unusual man doing pushups on his head.

I checked there but they only have season 20 available (1 episode and a few clips). However you might try sending an email to them, asking for that episode and they may be able to get licensing to do it. I know it doesn’t help you out immediately, but it could be your best bet.
