Question by Jay: Is this a Good Price for a apartment?
I am looking at renting a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1,200sft apartment with all utilities paid and washer/dryer and free WiFi for $ 600 a month in Boise,Idaho is that a good deal? this is mine and my wife first place.
place is like new and in a nice park of town

I’d consider that a good price if the place were in a good neighborhood and in good condition,

I guess it is. I don’t know what the going rate or cost of living is where you are, but I pay $ 575.00 a month just for house rent. I am not sure of the square footage, but if that includes all utilities and the other stuff, I’d have to say that it is a good deal. Have you looked at anything else around that area to try to compare costs? If you have the time to do so, I would check into a few more apartments if you can just to get a better idea.
