Question by xscapereality82: I’m trying to decide where to live. I’m torn between Spokane, Wa, Arlington, Tx or St. Louis, MO? Help please
I’m currently living in Boise, Idaho. I was planning on moving back home to Arlington, Texas. However, my parents have now decided to move to Boise. So, they asked me to decide where I want to live but I’m not really sure what I want. I’ve got to decide which is going to be the best opportunity for me. I need some insight on what each city is like.

St Louis is a beautiful city, but the crime rate is sky high…check that out carefully….

I’ve never been to the upper west coast, so I can’t tell you about Spokane (though I wish I could – I hear it’s absolutely lovely.) My best friend lives in Arlington so I’ve visited there quite often. It’s in the middle of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area which gives it access to a whole lot. My overall impression, however, is that the whole of the Dallas/Ft.Worth area lacks in character and flavor. It’s just miles and miles of the same stuff (Starbucks, shopping center, gas station, repeat.)
St. Louis is one of my favorite places to visit. Missouri is a lovely state with lovely people. I’m always impressed when I visit there by the people and the growth of their largest city. There are plenty of things to do in St. Louis and as you can tell – I love a city that has it’s own personality and St. Louis is one of those places and it’s growing considerably.

What about Vermont? Low crime rate, quiet, and beautiful. Trust me, I live in Vermont, St. Albans more spicifically. Anyway, if you don’t like my idea I would try doing research on both places, and then if you are still torn, try visiting both places.
