Question by : Does the Boise State win over Va Tech mean anything now?
Va Tech lost to 1-AA James Madison yesterday. Does the Boise State win over them actually mean anything now? Boise could end up moving down in the polls because that might not be a quality win now.

A win is a win. Boise St can’t control how teams on their schedule do in other games.

Boise St beat Va Tech which was their only game this year against a ranked team. They could go down and maybe they should. I mean they played #10 ranked Va Tech who is now 0-2 and then they play. Wyoming, Oregon st, NM St, Toldedo, San Jose st, La Tech, Hawaii, Idaho.Fresno st, Nevada and finish off their tough schedule and will probably cry and whine when they go undefeated and aren’t ranked #1. They have got to play a rougher schedule if they want to be taken seriously.
I think it hurts Boise State big time, they only had two big games and now one of them really has lost the strength of schedule, especially since Boise State barely beat VA Tech. I agree they need two more ranked teams on their schedule at least to make people take them seriously.
