Question by crazedblonde101: Is it a good thing to be helping out at the local Ronald McDonald House in Boise?
I fell bad for all those small kids who cant live at ther own house. So I was thinking about helping out there and bringing them toys and candy and cookies and stuff lke that. I mean they have a right to live just like all of us do so am i doing the right thing?

At our RM house there are only adult visiting sick people in the hosp. Are you talking about an orphanage. I would talk to the person in charge. Some places have very strict rules about visitors and gifts.
But YES helping is definitely the right thing, just find out what kind of help is best

Girl it is a wonderful thing to help out! The
Ronald McDonald house in springfield mo helps with people that have children in serious conditions have a free place to stay. My 14 year old got shot in 1993, he was in the hospital, and all my family that came in from Oklahoma stayed there and it was beautiful, stocked with food, just like a home. I can not say enough for that organization….a good thing to donate, new toothbrushes, grooming supplies, things that people will need, but maybe run out of or forget in a rush to get to the hospital, contact your local chapter and see what they need.
