I am a 15 year old girl and I have no one to talk to.
No I cannot talk to my parents or friends, family, councilers, school councilers, or anybody i know!
A few months ago i believe I was depressed, and i had to go through it alone, and i cut myself.
Right now I am happy and not cutting myself.
But my point is I have NOBODY to talk to and i have all these feelings are built up and a girl, let alone a teenager, can only handle that for so long…
If you live in Boise, ID maybe we can talk?
If you don’t lets still talk?
Or could you give me a website that has people to talk to or free councilors?

Google =Phobia awareness chat. They have rooms for teens only. READ their rules they are strict on chat to keep from trigering others. I think you will find good people there.

Everyone goes through it. Mood swings and pain and things. And then the worst can happen and we (teenagers as a whole) turn to self mutilation and suicide. Don’t do it.
Find someone to talk to. You can email me at megan2713@yahoo.com if you like. And believe it or not, school counselors are great. (I ended up there once bc someone thought I was suicidal (I said I wondered what life would be like if I was not there), I meant I was may be transferring schools…
Anyways, you need to talk to someone. Just make sure they have YOUR best interests in mind.
