Question by tom: Architecture education?
I live in Boise Idaho right now and I would like to get a bachelors in architecture and then a doctorate, I can get the doctorate from u of i but where can i go to get my undergraduate degree?
I also have family that lives in washington so if there is a better program there I could do that
To sum it up given the two states of washington and idaho give me a 7-10 year doctorate plan if you could (or shorter of course but i dont think it gets any shorter than 7 years)
thanks

U Idaho offers a B.Sc. in Architecture. See the link below.
Do you want to teach architecture or do you want to work as a registered architect? In most states, you need only a master’s to be a registered architect. You’d need the Ph.D. to teach at the college level.

Hey! Check out http://www.betterthanschool.com. I used this site to look at colleges for the same degree. I am going to start in the fall at one of the schools they have suggested to look at. Gives a lot of information about the colleges and what career paths you can do with a Bachelor’s in Architecture. Let me know how it goes! Best of luck to you!
