Question by paprikachica: What are the bugs that are everywhere in my house??!?
Little black bugs, about a half inch long. Thought they were june bugs but are skinnier than the images that came up on Google when I searched “june bugs!” They can fly but mostly just crawl around, very slow-moving so thankfully easy to kill! When I squash them there is usually a red goop that comes out… sometimes yellowish or green… does anyone know what these bugs are or how to get rid of them??? In the Boise Idaho area if that helps classify them!

Could it be a black beetle?
It’s a little bigger than half an inch though.
Boric acid powder,made to kill roaches, from hardware stores.
