I’m looking for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner that I can pick up and take home in the Boise, ID area. I’m by myself and don’t cook

Try a local grocery store. Many have pre-made Thanksgiving meals you can order. Just make sure to call in advance, the earlier the better.

Probably plan ahead. Some restaurants will offer cooking a turkey or even a turkey dinner as a take out option. Or you can check your community for thanksgiving dinners offered to folks like yourself. Not just for the poor folks. Older folks without family. If you are healthy enough you might want to volunteer and get a free meal out of it.
I know for sure that Cracker Barrel is open and serves a tradition thanksgiving meal. I went and got one to go one year.
