Question by Anna: How do you find a proctor for an exam in Boise, ID?
I need to find a proctor that is University approved for my Spring exams. I am finding it almost impossible to find someone willing proctor an online exam in Boise ID. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to go about finding a location?
Locations that could be acceptable
Other state or private universities, colleges, or K-12 schools.
State, county, or city offices, such as: DMV; City Hall; City Clerk; Chamber of Commerce; Board of Education, etc.
Private businesses licensed to operate in a building open to the public during typical business hours.
Proctors that could be acceptable within the above locations
Human Resource or administration official at any public educational facility; a current instructor or faculty member.
A public official of state, county, or local government, at their business location during business hours.
The owner or manager of an established business who operates a facility open to the community, where testing would be on-site at their office location during usual business hours.
I have checked with several libraries, they no longer proctor exams due to the high demand.

Try the Boise Public Library. Some libraries have staff available for proctoring and others don’t – it won’t hurt to ask. If you use the Ask A Librarian email or phone number they may be able to help you find someone else in the city who does test proctoring.
